We love helping our kids come to KNOW Jesus, GROW to be like Him, and GO to serve Him.
The Refuge Church KIDZ program is for those from birth through the 5th grade.
Sunday mornings are packed with fun activities while learning the truth about Jesus. When your children arrive, they automatically become part of The Refuge Church family. They are children of God, a treasure, and truly loved here.
Our role of teaching the Word is extremely important to this generation and we take that very seriously while having a good time.
The Nest is our Sunday morning caring environment, created especially for your littlest ones. We know things are busy at this stage of life and your infants and toddlers are learning and growing in amazing ways. We welcome them and have created a sweet and attentive space where we introduce them to the love and care of Jesus.
“The Treehouse is our Sunday morning environment created specially for your potty trained 2 year olds – Kindergarteners. We believe in an interactive approach to learning with this age group. So, you can plan on a lot of jumping, singing, dancing, and laughter in every experience. Be on the lookout for fun crafts and games. We look forward to helping your children learn more about who God is and about His great love for us.”
Elementary kids fill up their hearts on Sundays in our Fuel program. We believe the Bible should never be boring, worship can be really fun, and good leaders always care. Before kids head off to middle school, we want to make sure these three things stick:
1. I can make the wise choice.
2. I can trust God no matter what.
3. I should treat others the way I want to be treated.
Spiritual development is at the core of our calling as a church. Our desire is to help kids have a deeper relationship with Jesus and to take the next step of their faith journey.
We strive to build a biblical foundation and connect kids to God by cultivating a heart-transforming personal faith in Jesus through biblically sound teaching and relational discipleship to transform families, friends, and the community for the Kingdom of God.
