Pre-Sports Camp Serve Opportunities
Three areas of opportunities are open for serving and will take place at The Refuge Church location.
Car Tagging
Car tag distribution and registration verification is necessary for every Sports Camper to safely participate throughout the week, and for the overall organization of hundreds of campers.

Jersey Writing
Jerseys are marked with the campers names for the organization and quick identification of campers as they enter the fields and as they shift to different sports stations.

Clean Water Coolers
We will be constantly distributing water throughout the days of camp to ensure the campers and the leaders stay hydrated. These dates and times are for the preparation and cleaning of the coolers to be used.

Post- Sports Camp Serve Opportunities
OVERTIME SUNDAY!
Join us in making a lasting impact on our community by serving at the RFG Sports Camp Overtime Sunday.
Pray, invite, and commit to participating in this special event after service on Sunday 6/22/25
What is it?
The Sunday following sports camp we will have a special service with post service activities in the parking lot.

Purpose
To Connect The RFG Sports Camp to The Refuge Church and highlight full ministry opportunities for kids, families, and coaches.
Provide follow-up for kids who made personal commitments to Christ during the camp.
Offer a next step of contact for camp participants.
Engage other RFG community members in serving and participating who couldn't join the weekday event.
Special Worship Service
Service with a message of victory in any challenge we face.
Premiering the sports camp video, worship session, and a message from Pastor Tony about The Refuge Church’s dedication, service and offerings.
Post-Service Activities
Post-Service Activities in the Parking Lot:
Tents: Tables and chairs for dining and relaxation.
Kids' Fun Zone: Bounce house, slides, and photo booth with sports speakers.
Games and Activities: Corn hole and more.
Great Food: TBD for 2025
